This was my first experience shipping a vehicle. I had heard of/read many horror stories so I was very apprehensive about making a good choice of shipper. As it turned out, I made the right choice. I placed my order with Tri-Star Carriers on a Tuesday, was notified that a truck had been assigned on Wednesday; vehicle was picked up on Thursday and delivered to my driveway on Monday. The vehicle was in good condition and the driver very pleasant. I'm a very fussy person, so a recommendation by me reflects how satisfied I am. VERY competitive price, also.

This was an excellent company to deal with. The contact person answered all my questions. My car was assigned to a driver within minutes of my phone call. There were no hidden fees. Delivery was door to door. Another company wanted to charge us more money and we still would had to have driven over an hour away to pick the car up. The driver was prompt and courteous. He kept in contact with us to let us know his whereabouts on his way up. The car was in great condition. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!!

This company was great! The car was picked up from its location within 2 after the service was purchased and dropped off one day after pick up! Fastest service I've ever heard of. The driver was pleasant and personable, contacted promptly and was flexible with drop off time. The cost was also very reasonable and the cheapest I found out there, $375 and my order tracking number was (redacted). There was no damage done to the car and the transport went through so much smoother than expected. Thank you! Great service!! Will use again and recommend to anyone!

I used Tri-Star Carriers and as a broker they hooked me up with (redacted) Auto Transport out of Montana. My contact with Tri-Star Carriers was limited. I placed the order on Monday; on Wednesday my car was picked up in SE Minnesota and delivered to Texas (Gulf Coast) by Friday afternoon. The transport company contacted me before I knew that I was assigned a transport company. I was given 4 hours to prepare the vehicle for delivery. The web quote was accurate and the LEAST EXPENSIVE quote that I found. My only "complaint" - if you can call it that - is that they moved too quickly (see timeline above). The transport company (redacted) was wonderful to work with. The driver, Shawn, was honest, courteous and available via cell phone. It's very scary to just turn your vehicle over to a perfect stranger. The transport company made me feel at ease. If I ever needed to use this type of service again, I would utilize Tri-Star Carriers again. Thank you for a great experience

I have already told many people about your service, and what I great experience I had with your company! I bought the vehicle while on vacation in California - the car arrived in Oregon on the same day I got home from! I expected to wait at least a week, and would have been happy to do so - I was pleasantly surprised with your quick (and very friendly) service! I got quotes from six different companies, and Tri-Star Carriers was the lowest. All the companies had some negative reviews, but Tri-Star Carriers appeared better than average. After I got the quote I called and the lady on the phone was very patient and helpful. The car was brokered/picked up by (redacted) Express. Their contact person was easy to deal with and the driver was very helpful. Overall a great experience, which is not always the case with the lowest price. From the first time I called they were quick with a quote and then when I actually scheduled a transport they were knowledgeable and helpful. I checked many different places and they had the lowest price and so I was worried that they might also have the worst service, but I was very happily suppressed. I would recommend and use again. I couldn?t have asked for a better experience. Your staff was very prompt in getting me the information and the pick up / delivery booked. I called and discussed the pick up and delivery time with the driver. He was very nice and was careful with the car. My car had very wide tires on the back (21.5") since it was a Pro Street car. The driver took extra care to make sure it sat on the trailer correctly due to the tires. He called when he was just 45 min. out to confirm delivery and arrived right on time. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The price I paid ($350.00) from the St Louis area to central Indiana was very reasonable. I went online and emailed / called several companies and received quotes as high as 1000.00. If you have a car that needs shipped, you can't go wrong by using Direct Express................William Smith, Columbus Indiana.

We set a tentative pickup date a few days prior to shipping. On pickup date, I called to confirm and car was picked up a few hours later. Car arrived 2 1/2 days later in front of my house in great condition, just a little road dust. I know this can't happen every time, but I could not be more pleased. Last car from Florida shipped with _ _ _ company. That trip took almost 3 weeks and I had to drive 100 miles to pick it up. Tri-Star Carriers, you have my thanks and my business. Our experience with auto Tri-Star Carriers was very positive. After researching different delivery companies, auto transport direct had the most economical delivery charge. They were efficient in answering the phone, no holding time, and answered all our questions. They were prompt in assigning a carrier- first carrier unable to delver, so Tri-Star Carriers immediately found (redacted) Automotive. They, in turn were excellent in communication, contacted us about status of delivery, called when he was close to our home- couldn't be more pleased.

I should probably start with the fact that this quote was by far the cheapest and the difference from quotes from other companies was from $250 to $450. Now not only my car has been picket up on time but since I had to picket up from Buffalo and bring it to Canada (that's where I live) I was given four days in row to choose to pick up a car as I find it fit. They even got it close to the border so I did not have to waste my time traveling back. Overall this experience was so pleasant that I will definitely use this company again next time I buy car from the States. Once again thank you very much for no headache shipping and great communication.

We researched through the internet and checked to make sure the Better Business Bureau gave the company a good rating. The car was picked up when he said it would, and delivered to California in six days. We were very happy that our daughter did not have to rent a car to use while waiting for her car.

To say the least you guys are by far the best what a company, you definitely stand behind your word in your description 3-10 days after spending numerous of thousands of dollars on car you want it fast as possible to check it out I shipped cars from different shippers before well you better plan on waiting I called last Wednesday I had the car the following Wednesday my dad used (redacted) auto shippers he has been waiting for 2 weeks now and still has not received car the car is still in a lot in Texas waiting on it to come to mo, not to mention the cheapest price around well whatever you do make sure you keep doing the same thing my number is (redacted) I have always car within a weeks time no matter where it came from it my may be luck I don't know your system but it sure is nice having your car in a week thanks
